HEY, I’M TAMIR

Getting along with various people from all walks of life has come easy for me, for the most part.

Those times I didn’t get along with people were pivotal moments. I leaned into curiosity and the learning it provides to learn more about myself and others, resulting in stronger relationships and the confidence to navigate the most challenging situations.

I went from an aspiring coach and a career in software development to a mediator and conflict engagement specialist in 5 years.

In that time I:

  • Earned a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
  • Earned a certification in mediation and mediated numerous workplace disputes.
  • Wrote a book called Stop Getting Triggered in Mediation to help mediators do the inner work that results in bigger impacts for their clients.
  • Have spoken to and trained hundreds of people in coaching and conflict-related skills.

Now I’m here to help you learn the skills of mediation, without becoming a mediator.
